Solid MagiDrive series

Our solid-shaft series of rotary feedthroughs. 

UHV Design provides a range of standard shafts, all detailed in the product configuration options. However, customised shafts are also available if required. For longer shafts, where the concentricity and stability of the rotating shaft are critical, we offer a range of extended bearing housings. These are specifically designed to support the shaft along its axis of rotation. Details are available upon request.

MD10 solid range

The MD10 with 0.18Nm breakaway torque is a miniature rotary feedthrough ideal for rotating small instrumentation loads in applications where space is limited.

MD16N/MD16A solid range

CF16, 1.33" OD flange, 0.45/1.8Nm torque

MD40N/MD40A solid range

CF40, 2.75" OD flange, 0.45/1.8Nm torque

MD40 solid range

The MD40 provides 9Nm break-away torque on a CF40 flange and is bakeable to 250°C without having to remove the outer magnets. Custom options also available.

MD64 solid range

The MD64 provides a high 10Nm breakaway torque on a CF64 flange. Bakeable to 250°C without having to remove the outer magnets. Custom options also available.
